Our process is short and deliberately practical. After an initial conversation about your background, we move to a technical discussion built around real problems rather than puzzles - how you would frame a hypothesis, test it, and decide whether the evidence is strong enough to trade.
Most candidates speak with two or three people, including whoever would work with them day to day. We aim to give a clear answer within two weeks, and we will tell you where you stand rather than leaving you guessing.
